How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete any outstanding paperwork.

What do I need for my first appointment?
- Any X-rays taken by your previous dentist (If you’d like us to obtain a copy of your X-rays from your last dentist, please request that they be forwarded to our office before your appointment.)
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concerns or conditions you may have
- Your dental insurance information
